Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Peachly strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not permit any user to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, facilitate, or distribute content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

1. Scope and commitment

These standards apply to every person who accesses or uses Peachly, as well as all content and interactions on the Peachly platform. Peachly is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. However, our age restriction does not reduce our responsibility to prevent, detect, report, and respond to CSAE and CSAM.

We enforce these standards consistently and take appropriate action when we become aware of prohibited content or conduct.

2. Definitions

Child

Any person under 18 years of age.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes child grooming for sexual purposes, sextortion, sexual trafficking, solicitation, sexualization of a child, or otherwise facilitating sexual contact with or exploitation of a child.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any visual depiction—including photos, videos, live streams, illustrations, or computer-generated imagery—of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, as defined by applicable law.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

Peachly prohibits, without limitation:

Creating, uploading, possessing, storing, requesting, offering, selling, sharing, or distributing CSAM.
Grooming a child for sexual contact, sexual conversation, sexual imagery, or exploitation, whether online or offline.
Sextortion, including threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate content.
Sexualizing a child or depicting a child in a manner that promotes or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation.
Advertising, recruiting, soliciting, or trafficking a child for sexual exploitation.
Attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child or directing a child to another platform for sexual purposes.
Sharing links, instructions, coded language, or other material intended to locate, obtain, normalize, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
Impersonating or misrepresenting age in order to facilitate sexual contact with a child.
Any attempt to evade Peachly's child-safety detection, moderation, reporting, or enforcement systems.

4. Reporting concerns

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, underage accounts, or other child-safety concerns using the in-app report function.

Reports may also be sent to our designated Child Safety Point of Contact at help@ingomeyin.com.

Do not attach, forward, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM. In your report, provide only the relevant Peachly username, profile ID, message or content ID, date, and a brief description so our safety team can investigate.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first. You may also report suspected online child sexual exploitation directly through the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States or find an appropriate national hotline through INHOPE.

5. Peachly's response and enforcement

When Peachly obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take actions including:

Promptly restricting access to or removing the relevant content.
Suspending or permanently terminating the responsible account.
Preventing repeat registration where technically and legally appropriate.
Preserving relevant account and content information as required by applicable law.
Reviewing related accounts, content, and activity for further safety risks.
Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, as required by applicable law.
Cooperating with lawful requests from law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.

Peachly may take immediate action without prior notice when necessary to protect children, users, or the integrity of an investigation.

6. Prevention and platform safeguards

Peachly uses a combination of safety measures appropriate to our service, which may include:

Age restrictions and review of accounts suspected of belonging to minors.
Automated and human review of reported or potentially harmful content and behavior.
In-app reporting and blocking tools.
Account sanctions and controls designed to deter repeat violations.
Periodic review of our child-safety procedures and enforcement standards.

7. Compliance with child-safety laws

Peachly complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates. We maintain processes to address known CSAM, make legally required reports, preserve relevant evidence, and respond to valid requests from competent authorities.

10. Updates to these standards

Peachly may update these standards to reflect changes to our service, enforcement practices, applicable law, or recognized child-safety practices. The latest version will remain publicly available on this page, with the revision date shown above.
